Yoga classes. Mixed ability classes incorporating breathwork, postures, fluid movements, deep relaxation and guided nature meditation.
Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition that is now practiced worldwide. It is a pathway of holistic health and wellbeing which helps the practitioner to discover a sense of oneness with themselves, others, the world around them, and ultimately to the energy of life itself. This is done by working with a deep awareness of the body and breath whilst seated, moving, holding form, or resting. The practice of yoga lays a foundation that can then be applied to everyday life allowing the practitioner to be more present to each moment and go with the flow of life.
Classes: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at St Andrew’s Church Hall.
Mondays, Tuesdays: 7:30pm to 8:45pm
Thursdays 1:45pm to 3pm
£6 single class fee, £30 six class card
One to One
£35 for 75 minute session
£150 for 5 sessions
