The Ipplepen Cottage Garden Society organises the annual Ipplepen Village Show and Ipple Tipple beer & cider festival.
The Ipplepen Cottage Garden Society was established in 1890. It organises the annual Ipplepen Village Show and Ipple Tipple beer & cider festival on the playing field. The show, which takes place on the third Saturday in July, attracts entries in a wide range of classes for: fruit, flowers, vegetables, domestic, photography, floral art and handicrafts. New for 2019 are classes for homemade wine, beer and liqueurs. Ipple Tipple celebrates the best of beer and cider made in southern Devon and runs from 2.00pm to 11.30pm.
